The most common service that we offer is a basic engine diagnostic health check. This service can be carried out frequently to ensure that any occurring problems can be diagnosed quickly to keep potential damage down to a minimum and maximise the life expectancy of your engine.

The Cartune Health Check

Our popular health check is broken into two parts and starts from as little as £40 (No VAT to add!)

  1. Diagnostic Check - You will receive an engine diagnostics check of your van or car, where an expert mobile mechanic uses their experience and the latest technologies to thoroughly test your engine for problems that may require servicing or repair and to ensure that there are no major engine faults.
  2. Servicing Recommendation – On receipt and analysis of the diagnostic check, the technician will be able to advise you of any work that should be carried out on your vehicle, along with costs and timescales. Wherever possible and only with your authorisation, rectification and service work can be carried out during the same visit.

MOT Failures & Repairs

Has your car or van just failed its MOT exhaust emissions test? We can help to get things fixed so that you can gain your certificate.

If your car is experiencing problems with starting or stalling, irregular emissions, or has failed an MOT on emissions or electronics, then Cartune can come to your home or place of work to test and if possible repair your vehicle.

Cartune can supply replacement parts if required and prefer to obtain top quality items from either manufacturer main dealers or from original equipment sources e.g. NGK Spark Plugs, Fram Filters, Forte cleaning and lubrication products etc. Customers can also supply their own parts for Cartune to fit.
